Length: Approximate 244 workdays Respond By: March 16, 2012 Responsibilities & Deliverables: * Transforming the business requirements into detailed system design for the Oracle eBusiness Suite including configuration documentation, extension design, user validation and scope, and check-point including all application architecture artifacts (specified in the client Architecture Review checkpoint(s) checklist) within the scope of the project as follows: ~ Design and document Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions; ~ Design and document Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, Integration; ~ Design and document Logical and Physical Architectures documentation (client Checkpoint 2 & Checkpoint 3); ~ Design and document Application Design documentation; ~ Design and document System Design documentation; ~ Design and document Implementation Plan; ~ Design and document Validating Application Design for Enterprise Architecture Checkpoint 2; ~ Design and document systems and data interfaces/adapters/services and ensure that formatting is appropriate/compatible and standardized (to build interfaces/ adapters/ services) for integration/information exchange between Case Management, document Management and Reporting/BI sub-systems; ~ Design and document any supplementary specifications identified by the client; ~ Design and document Business process maps; ~ Design and document System Functional specifications and the respective modules required from the Oracle eBusiness Suite; * Fully participates in the Architecture checkpoint reviews at both the Cluster ACT/ARB and Corporate ACT/ARB including presentation materials preparation and delivery; * Update to the application architecture artifacts based on the project deliverables; * Provide application architecture services in the design, development and maintenance of application development strategies and architectures that define how applications are designed, how they communicate, and where they reside; * Assess business application requirements; vendor application selection, evaluation and selection criteria; user interface and report components specifications; application logic, data access and integrity components specifications; * Upstream/downstream interface components specifications; * Liaise with the project team, potential cross-organizations partners and stakeholders; * Ensure project deliverables and milestones are completed within the approved project schedule; * Provide quality assurance of the architecture components, design elements, application and technology interfaces, technical standards, functional specifications, and other implementation aspects as required for acceptable solutions; * Provide regular weekly status updates to project managers on progress and ensure that that risk/issues are identified; * Conduct knowledge transfer to designated client's staff. .auf{position:absolute;clip:rect(475px,auto,auto,475px);} small payday loans and secure !

Mandatory: * 5 to 9 years in Applications Architect role and have sound experience as described under the Responsibilities & Deliverables section; * Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite; * Knowledge of multiple Software Development Life Cycles; * Proven experience in application design, development and systems testing; * Proven experience in business process and data flow requirements mapping; * Experience in designing, developing, testing and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant web-based systems; * Experience in development of business strategies and feasibility studies, Fit/Gap and cost/benefit analysis, business and functional requirements document; * Project management expertise and related experience with all phases of the project lifecycle; * Experience with business methodologies, tools and research techniques; * Experience developing business and logical models; * Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis; * Experience with needs assessment/requirements analysis; * Knowledge of data sampling and collection methods (e.g. surveys, questionnaires) management, analysis and reporting; * Experience with the OPS Enterprise Architecture and/or Zachman framework. Desirables: * Experience working in Social Services or Child Welfare sectors; * Working knowledge or experience with the OPS; * Knowledge in public sector structure and policies, including relevant public policy objectives, principles and constraints.
