Project Coordinator Job Type: Full-time Location: Cambridge Office Apply By: February 15, 2012 Overview The Project Coordinator will report to an IT Project Manager. S/he is responsible for providing support to the Project Managers through the full project life cycle. S/he will work with IT subject matter experts (SMEs) business SMEs, vendors and sponsors, and will maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for following the Revera project management methodology to maintain artifacts and coordinate projects to successful completion. Responsibilities Project Management Systems: Responsible for updating and maintaining project management information and files; Take records of project team meetings and update project tasks and outcomes into management systems; Develop standard and ad hoc reports for management and team use. Project Compliance: Create and maintain accurate, organized and complete project files to include all documents required to sustain project management methodologies and to prepare materials necessary for internal and external audits; Assist project staff with research and compilation of data necessary to complete progress reports in a timely manner; Filing of all project related materials. Qualifications ? College diploma or university degree in a related field (Business, IT) ? CAPM or PMP certification is an asset ? Experience in working on large scale corporate projects in a support role ? Ability to conduct research into issues and products as required ? Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills ? Strong written and oral communication skills ? Strong skills and experience with MS Office, Project and Visio ? Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language ? Understanding of the organization?s goals and objectives ? Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail ? Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment ?
