Principle
Accountabilities:
The
successful candidate will join our collaborative team of business-focused
technology professionals. We value business partnerships, expertise and agility
to deliver, support and promote technology services. This role will work with internal and
external resources to develop custom solutions and reports, modify existing
solutions and reports, as well as troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Dynamics
- GP and other enterprise applications. With
continual improvement in mind, you will provide high-quality technical support,
administration, and systems management on-going. The incumbent will be expected to exercise
standard engagement and project management principles with internal and external
parties to ensure delivery of quality and value.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Act as technical expert for all
Microsoft Dynamics – GP customization, module implementation, and upgrade
projects
Liaison for solution generation for
other business related technical challenges
Ensure they remain a subject matter
expert by staying abreast of Dynamics/ERP marketplace changes, products,
and technologies
Accurately maintain documentation of
technical requirements and solution design
Adhere to industry standards and best
practices
Assist with preparation of training
materials, and deliver on-site sessions as required
Monitor and manage incident and service
requests through Incident Management system
